Do you wanna play some Project Reality?

Hello everybody,
I'm looking forward to installing Project Reality when I'm back home and I would like if somebody could teach me a bit about Project Reality and if I could play with them frequently.( Just so you know I'm living in Germany so just keep in mind that I live in a different time zone than you. ) Looking forward to play.

I love PR but because Toxic was a twat and uninstalled it I haven't had a good buddy to play it with, not that I have the time....

If you have a legal copy of Arma3 check these guys out. They build there own mods, and I don't think you will find anywhere else that is this realistic.
They have missions of different types four times a week and there is no pressure to take part if you do not want to. There public server is busy every night and most afternoons. On a Saturday night most weeks they open up a campaign for the public to try, so check it out. You do have to download a lot of there mods the first time and it can take a couple of hours but after that it is fast to connect.

I am pointing out he needs a legal copy to join 3 Commando ( As you know some don't) then this group is much better than the PR mod.

OK was checking. I have Arma 3, Goat gifted me it the kind soul he is, but I've not really played it.

You are missing a treat m8, if you want a few hours in a mission under fire with full on battle stress this is the place to be. Can't explain how real it is, you have to try just one Saturday night on the public server. This gives you a taste but being a public server the odd night can be a bit disorganized.

Depending on mission we get flown in by choppers, boats, parachute, all types of motor transport and yes if on weekly patrol in Afghanistan even walk. Sometimes there is air support, sometimes tank support and other times artillery support. Sometimes it all kicks off.

On the private servers we use realistic medical systems, we have to put the dead in body bags and carry them to outgoing transport. Enough of me rambling on but as you can tell, I am hooked.

Jailor, is this all pvp? Or do you face AI enemies?

Hi Ullski,
All the enemy are AI and when I joined I was a bit dubious. But they are very cleaver AI, also the game is Zeus. In other words the way we have ground control on Sunday in ACG they have someone observing live play. They can and often do sporn in new units. This might be an area you have cleared so it keeps you on your toes. If on a mission we have to find and capture someone the Zeus can step in and out of the AI so you actually have to question them for Intel and they talk back to you in normal conversation again keeping the immersive game play.

Sometimes they invite other Arma3 clans to take part. You have to be aware of there possitions on the radio chat to avoid friend fire.
