Since you've got recording shenanigans down, think we could start recording 610 practice/campaign sessions and posting em for debrief on occasion? Probably a really efficient way to start more effective training.

I definitely can, I am just not so consistent on the editing and posting of videos.

Not even necessarily with voice over, but we could meet and debrief it really easily just watching the recording maybe? I dunno maybe it's overcomplicating
