Hi fellow pilots having a strange problem that I am sure one of you will have the answer to. If I play single mission my bail out and eject canopy key works fine. Recently any on line game and they will not? With Sunday mission soon I need to be able to get out if needed, so please, a BIG cry for help. I have deleted and reset keys but will still only work in single mission?

I dont get that as you key binding should work regardless unless youre using some odd combo that online servers do not allow.
Which keys are you using, which online servers have you tried it on?

Are you binding them to your joystick or the keyboard?

I know it is very strange!
I have two keys bound to my joystick. To try and sort this out I bound two keyboard keys but still only works in single player. I really do not want to re install the game but might have to.

I just can not understand it, if I go on ANY of the online servers that are on the COD list the keys will not work. Like all of us I am trying to keep my mission pilot alive so if hit tonight if I can't get out of the aircraft I am stuffed.

Think you need to open canopy before jumping. I set Ctrl E for exiting in a hurry. Jettison is for 109s. I fly Hurricanes now but think Spits the same?

Yes Nev, slide canopy back first, then jump free.

Thanks for all comments gents, appreciated.
About an hour ago I found out for myself that as suggested if I open canopy first I can bail out so as long as the chute opens I am OK.

Just strange that for months I would jettison canopy and then bail and that in single mission it still works. But thanks were are go!!!

Hopefully know that you know ... you'll never need it!
