Here is an up-to-date conf.ini for 2024

Hi folks,

Since I rejoined simming after decades, I've been flying IL-2 1946. I've managed to configure and document 1946 so it runs nicely, be it with multiple vanilla versions, HSFX, or Ultrapack.

I have compiled a conf.ini and uploaded here:
