No! I spent an hour the other day watching one of those live feeds of someone playing it - on in the background whilst I worked. It still has that slow grind about it that I found quite therapeutic as a teenager - it's just glitzier now. I so wish I had more time!

I don't think you can yet... but it does seem to be in the development path.

I think you can as of the latest patch (well you always kind of could but the latest patch is supposed to be all about improving coop play). I've not read the release notes yet, or even installed the latest patch, but that was the "word" in some of the ED forums I read.

I have got probably about 100 hours in the game and have enjoyed every minute of it. However, there was a slow realization on my part in that after you got to a certain number of systems and do a certain amount of mining, trading and/or bounty hunting, you realize its all kind of "samey". I am waiting for the Wings update, for now Ive got my ships and 6 or so million credits shelved and collecting dust.

Yeah until you can planetfall it's not so appealing atm to me. When I look at this I realise just how advanced for the time Starglider was on Amiga.
