And all I ask is a friendly joke with a laughing fellow rover, And a large beer, and a deep sleep, when the long flight’s over.

I'm afraid if you're going to post times as fast as yours we will need to see videos for research purposes :D

Finland was the previous season. I haven't seen any memory of previous seasons or stats that exist outside the current season.

I nearly missed Event 2 as well. I just made it by 11 hours in the 4-day window. I'm still learning what makes a good length, car class, number of stages, etc. This current season was throw together rather quickly when it was discovered nothing was running.

Next season will be a more sensible schedule, on GMT time, week-based, with tuning/owned hopefully available, fewer service areas, and some sort of variety in the car classes based on previous times. I'll try to get it up for everyone to review and edit a week before it starts because it can't be edited while it's running.

:D I did manage to get the last stage captured but honestly it was a pure shitshow on my part and i dare not show the masses  ... at that point I was dead tired and just wanted to cross the finish-line, so there were many mistakes.

The first stage in the dark took me many tries to get down right. but after that, the stages got easier since they were just portions of that first stage.

The trick to being fast is trying to go as fast as you can (i know how stupid that sounds) but you are only going to get a feel for weight transfer and balance when you are trying to go flat out as much as possible. If you are only going 6 or 7/10s then you arent going to get the full affect of how the car handles.

drive as fast as you can, brake as little as possible before the turn... lift, turn-in and modulate the throttle to pull you out of the turn. Left foot braking is great when you want to stay fast and but also achieve as must turn-in grip as possible but it shifts your weight quickly and if you miss your timing you can out of place for the next turn.

it takes time but man its such a great feeling when you nail a sequence of turns.

Quick question chaps, what are the "assists" referring to in the league stats. I noticed that in the current event Kildren's time had assists and Thaine's did not. What are these and where do you check if they are on or not in the game?

I think this refers to ABS and such. You can turn them on and off in the preferences.
