practicing video editing on Flying Circus
https://youtu.be/MnoYfacbjYw
I made this so I could get some experience making vids with my AVS editor. I don't know why it's so grainy. If anyone uses AVS and can help me clean them up, that would be great.
The vid is from a sortie that I got five kills. I know... IA is stupid, and not much of a challenge, but it was still fun, and I love flying the Albatross. I just wish more fellas would try Flying Circus. It's a blast, and I think it's helped my over all skills as a pilot.

FC looks like a lot of fun. Maybe I will get it after the new year.
I don't know anything about AVS, but you should be able to get better res quality. Maybe try a few different editors and see how each is.

The video is grainy because you rendered it in 480p. After you finished editing, search for export/rendering settings and change them to 1080p/1440p, and keep in mind that you'll also have to change the bitrate to support higher res.
You can find recommended bitrate settings for various resolutions with a quick Google search.

The family connection with the music you chose is a great touch. I found some more of his stuff at the Library of Congress

I reset the rendering as suggested and it now looks much cleaner. Thanks Onebad.

Thanks Carl! Those are a few songs I hadn't heard. I can use them of future vids. He was my grandmother's brother. The man had an incredible voice, and he was a big deal to the Portuguese American community, and well as back in Portugal, considered a 'star' in those days.

@ Kit Pepper When you're actually capturing video in the first place it's a great idea to capture it at 1/2 speed in the replay and then crank it back up in the edit. The reason for this is to avoid frame drops and suchlike. It also greatly assists in any action sequences where things get a bit frantic. It really helps, trust me.
The video looks great in render quality though, really good.

Question on sound, if anyone knows... I use GeForce Experience to record my in-cockpit view and comms, along with the in-game recorder for my outside views. However, although GeForce records comms, it does not record my voice. What step am I missing?
