Stuttering/Freezing/FPS Drops Problems

Its not your hardware, you should have no problems running it on balanced or low and having no problems, most people have problems in MP only when few airplanes fight in same place, and that didnt happend before last patch, they fuked up something big time, even Rip with his 1080ti and i7s has thouse microshuters when on berloga you have 20ppl in 10km fighting, before patch all no problems. Game is porly optimised and it shows after 3.001, especialy in MP, you can join 84ppl server and all is ok untill you come in target zone or in df with more then 10-20ppl.
